You can access feedback about each of your candidates in the "My Referrals" section.

Upon entering this section, you will find a user-friendly table displaying details such as:

• Candidate name;
• Company name and position;
• Bonus amount;
• Referral date;
• Date of information update regarding the candidate;
• .. and their current status (Submitted, Review, Approved, Interviews, Offer, Hired).

Clicking on the candidate's name will provide access to the Feedback Changelog where we regularly update information about the candidate's status in textual format, detailing their current situation and hiring stage.

As well, when a candidate's status changes, you receive an email notification from us. If you haven't received feedback about your candidate for an extended period, it doesn't imply that we've overlooked them. Most likely, they are undergoing prescreening or we are awaiting a response from the employer.
