We offer two ways to refer candidates, depending on your level of involvement in the hiring process.

Option 1 – Huntly manages the candidate

📌 What does this mean?

By selecting this option, you delegate all candidate communication and support to Huntly. Our team will handle every step, from introducing the candidate to guiding them through the hiring process. You will receive 50% of the total referral bonus after the Huntly fee, and we will keep you updated on the candidate’s progress.

⚠️ Important:

The only thing you need to do is to contact the candidate beforehand to confirm their availability for new job opportunities and their salary expectations.


Option 2 – You manage the candidate yourself

📌 What does this mean?

With this option, you take full responsibility for communicating with and supporting the candidate throughout the hiring process. This means maintaining direct interaction, assisting them through interviews, and ensuring they stay engaged. If the candidate is successfully hired and completes the probation period, you will receive 100% of the referral bonus after the Huntly fee.

⚠️ Important:

If you choose this option but do not fulfill your obligations in managing the candidate’s hiring process, Huntly will take over, and your bonus will be adjusted to 50% of the total amount.
