We've now shifted our focus to the primary feature of our platform: candidate referrals.

This process is straightforward and intuitive:

• Click on the "Refer a candidate for the XXX bonus" button on the marketplace;
• Review the job requirements;
• Find a relevant candidate, prescreen them, and check their interest in the position;
• Click on the "Refer a candidate" button;
• Complete all the necessary information;
• .. and submit the candidate’s profile.

<aside> ❗ Important: if the candidate you found is suitable for several vacancies at the same time, you can refer them to each vacancy separately.
